According to ANNA-News, pro-Turkish sources claim that the Ukrainian side took this picture from a Bayraktar TB2 drone.

So far, experts cannot say with certainty which air defense system is meant, however, it can be assumed, given a number of assumptions, that a mobile coastal over-the-horizon radar station with increased stealth "Limit" turned out to be in the sight of the Turkish drone.

Avia.pro clarifies that, judging by the range, the drone could have been only a few kilometers from the Russian positions. This may indicate that the radars missed his approach.
